This receiver scope base tightens from the side allowing you to slide your receiver rifle scope on and off just like a sight set. As long as you put it in the same place it should return to zero when taking it on/off.
For rings simply use the Tip Off Scope Rings for 11mm European Receiver Rail available for 1″ tube or 30mm tube.
