You may return all products from ahg-Anschütz within 14 days of receipt without stating any reason. The cost of return shipping must be borne by the customer.

Would you like to exchange or report a defect for an item you have already purchased?
To help us process your return more quickly, we kindly ask you to include a copy of the delivery note or a note with your customer number and order number in the package.

Please state the following return address on the parcel:
